Angela Christine Watson is an American model and actress. She was best known for her role as Karen Foster, the daughter of Carol Foster Lambert's character Suzanne Somers in the American sitcom Step by Step. Angela Watson is a National Board Certified Teacher who holds an advanced degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She has over 11 years of classroom experience and more than a decade of expertise as an instructional coach. Angela is a former teacher, who founded the website in 2003, hoped to provide practical classroom suggestions as well as inspire teachers to adopt optimism to make them feel more comfortable in what they do. The website was titled Ms. Powell's management tips for teachers until 2008. Then, it was renamed The Cornerstone for Teachers, after the publication of her book. Angela's 40-hour Workweek program is utilized by over 45,000 school districts in order to increase productivity. Initially designed for educators, 40 Hour later was expanded into a coaching program for instructional teachers, as well as administrative personnel. This helps teachers become more mindful of their contract schedule and their instruction, so they can concentrate on what matters.
