Dwayne is the pastor in charge of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which he planted in 2007. He also serves as the pastoral director with the Acts 29 Network. Alongside his pastoring, Dwayne has a passion for training the future generation of biblical counselors. He is an active member of the board of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has authored numerous articles on the internet and has been a contributing author to Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Re-invent Your Life With God's Unchangeable Truth. Kelleman, Viars).
