Autumn Calabrese was born in September 23rd, 1980 in Cleveland Ohio. She is a fitness instructor and YouTuber, best known for inventing her 21 Day Fix Diet. She's also a Beachbody certified fitness trainer. Since September she launched her YouTube channel with the same name, wherein she frequently posts about diets and exercises.
