Emily VanCamp

Emily Irene VanCamp is a Canadian actress who has been praised for her leading roles on a number of TV shows, as well as her powerhouse performance in films. There is a huge fanbase both on American as well as Canadian TV. Emily started acting when she was 12 when she was visiting her sister Katie on one of Katie's films. When she realized her love for acting she started taking classes in acting and going to auditions. At the age of fifteen, Emily made her biggest breakthrough when she was made regular on the WB television show Glory Days. Emily's talents attracted the attention of Greg Berlanti when the show was cancelled after only nine episodes. He subsequently cast Emily for Everwood which is his upcoming TV show. Emily was an accomplished ballet dancer as well as a photographer. Teen once named her among the best actors under the age of twenty. The Maxim's Hot 100 2014 list ranked her at number 51.
